01 — Our role

Galeotaa LLC acts as an independent travel planning and booking coordination partner. We do not own, operate or control any resort, guesthouse, vessel, aircraft or excursion. All travel services are provided by independent, licensed Maldivian operators under their own terms and conditions.

Galeotaa LLC facilitates travel planning and booking coordination for experiences provided by independent third-party tourism operators in the Maldives. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Galeotaa LLC is not the direct operator of accommodations, transportation, excursions, cruises, marine activities, or other tourism services. The operating partner responsible for each booked experience will be identified during the booking process where applicable.

02 — Acceptance

By using this website or engaging Galeotaa LLC's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

03 — Bookings

Reservations are confirmed only once the relevant operator has issued a confirmation. Rates, availability and inclusions are set by the operator and may change until confirmed. We will always tell you which operator is delivering each part of your itinerary.

04 — Payments

Payment terms, deposits and schedules follow those of the operator concerned and are shared with you in writing before any booking is confirmed.

05 — Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment terms are those of the operator holding the reservation. We will coordinate any request on your behalf and communicate the outcome promptly.

06 — Liability

As a coordination partner, Galeotaa LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions or service standards of independent operators. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.

07 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Galeotaa LLC's place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
