Galeotaa provides digital setup services on a project basis. Each service package has defined deliverables, timelines, and pricing as outlined on our Services page. Services are provided as one-time projects with no ongoing commitments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service Scope and Limitations

Our services are limited to the specific deliverables outlined in your chosen package:

• We provide setup and configuration services as specified
• We follow industry best practices and standards
• Services are delivered within stated timelines under normal circumstances
• Additional work outside the package scope may incur additional fees

No Guarantees of Third-Party Approvals:

Galeotaa provides professional setup services but does NOT guarantee approval, acceptance, or specific results from any third-party platform, service, or entity. Third-party platforms have their own review processes, criteria, and policies that are beyond our control. Approval decisions are made solely by those third parties.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Responding to requests for information in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Ensuring you have the legal right to use all materials provided to us
• Complying with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies

Payment Terms

Payment is required before work begins. All prices are stated in USD. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and processes developed during service delivery. Any pre-existing materials, templates, or tools remain our property.

Confidentiality

We will keep your confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galeotaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific requirements. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or results from third-party platforms or services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notification. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already completed.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
